How information submitted through this website is used, and how to contact us about it.
Scope
Regnant, based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, is responsible for the information you submit through regnant.io. This notice covers the website and its contact channel. An institutional system deployment has its own agreement and data-handling arrangements.
Information we receive
The contact form asks for your name, email, institution and description of the work, with optional sector, system and deployment interests. We use that information to assess and respond to your enquiry, including a careers or privacy enquiry sent through the same channel.
Provide only the information needed for that conversation. Do not include passwords, patient records, financial account details or other sensitive operational data.
Hosting and media services may process delivery and security data such as IP addresses, requested URLs, user agents and timestamps. The public website includes no advertising trackers or behavioural analytics scripts.
Storage and service providers
Contact submissions are stored in the application database. If email notification is configured, a copy is sent through Resend to the configured Regnant recipient. Vercel delivers the website and Cloudflare R2 serves product recordings. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy terms.
Website infrastructure is separate from the private infrastructure described on our product pages. Website providers may process data outside Tanzania. An institution's deployment boundary does not extend to this public contact form.
We retain enquiry records while needed to handle the conversation, maintain the resulting business relationship or meet applicable obligations. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for advertising.
Your choices
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, object to processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. We may need to verify your identity and explain any lawful limits on a request.
You can remove browser preferences using your browser's site-data settings. The storage notice explains the theme preference and editor storage.
You may also contact Tanzania's Personal Data Protection Commission about your data rights or a complaint.

Use the contact form and start the message with “Privacy request”. If you are writing as an individual, enter “Individual” in the institution field. Describe your request without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
