Kairos is open source
The teacher copilot for Tanzanian secondary schools ships under the MIT license — free for schools, NGOs, and government education projects.
Kairos runs 100% offline on a school computer with 4GB of RAM: TIE-format lesson plans in roughly 90 seconds, NECTA-style exams with marking schemes, a marking assistant, batch report comments, and class insights — in English or Kiswahili. Student data never leaves the school computer.
